Jeffrey Bolender to Speak at State Bar of Nevada’s Construction Law Section CLE

Jeffrey Bolender, a founding member of the State Bar of Nevada’s Construction Law Section, will participate in a panel discussion concerning insurance law at the Construction Law CLE in 2010.  Mr. Bolender, also a member of the Continuing Legal Education subcommittee, will give a general overview of insurance-related issues that may arise in construction cases.
