Description
Mr. Schelly currently litigates matters in state and federal courts involving general business and various insurance coverage matters, including construction defect, professional liability, contract law, employer liability, intellectual property, personal injury, and premises liability.
Mr. Schelly's work experience includes professional liability defense for design professionals, attorneys, and insurance brokers and agents, business managers, and entertainment litigation. He was formerly with the law firms Morris Polich & Purdy LLP, and Jampol & Zimet (now Jampol, Zimet, Skane & Wilcox).
Mr. Schelly was raised in Los Angeles. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked in the music industry managing a premier, world class recording studio, and as a studio broker. Mr. Schelly joined Bolender & Associates in 2008.
