Mr. Blair currently litigates matters in state, federal, and appellate courts involving various insurance coverage matters, including construction defect, trademark infringement, wrongful death, assault & battery, employer liability and products liability.
Mr. Blair’s experience includes work in corporate consultation, contract formation and disputes, transactional, intellectual property development work, and personal injury. Mr. Blair was formerly with Parker-Stanbury, LLP; Silicon Venture Partners; and Russell, Mirkovich & Morrow.
Mr. Blair was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii in 1973. Mr. Blair received both his undergraduate and law school education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, but moved to California to practice law in 1998. Mr. Blair externed with Federal Magistrate Judge Barry Kurren in 1997. Mr. Blair joined Bolender & Associates in 2004.
