Description
Ms. Glavinovich currently serves as of counsel to the firm on matters in state and federal courts involving various insurance coverage matters, including construction defect, and business torts.

Ms. Glavinovich has nearly ten years of experience in complex coverage litigation, as well as general business litigation.  She is also experienced in appellate practice, employment and unfair competition law, alternative dispute resolution and litigation management.  She has prepared several complex cases for trial and her appellate briefs to the California Court of Appeal and California Supreme Court have resulted in success to her clients.  Her pro bono work has included assisting the Alliance for Children’s Rights and the SSI Children’s Coalition.

Ms. Glavinovich was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. She received her undergraduate degree from Willamette University in Salem, OR, and her law degree from the University of Arizona. Ms. Glavinovich has been of counsel to Bolender & Associates since 2005.
