Description
Ms. Chun currently litigates matters in state and federal courts involving general business and various insurance coverage matters, including
construction defect,
class actions,
contract law,
contribution,
employer liability,
habitability,
intellectual property,
personal injury,
premise liability,
and wrongful death.
She is also experienced in appellate practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Chun’s work experience includes professional liability defense for attorneys and accountants, class actions, antitrust law, corporate and business law, financial securities law, environmental law, and Native Hawaiian rights. She was formerly with Reback, McAndrews & Kjar, LLP, and the Law Offices of M. Brian McMahon.
Ms. Chun was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She received her undergraduate business degree at the University of Colorado at Boulder and attended law school at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. In 2002, she moved to Southern California to practice law. Ms. Chun joined Bolender & Associates in 2006.
