As a former associate at Wilkes & McHugh, P.A., Ms. D’Agostino
represented plaintiffs in Elder Abuse cases involving issues of personal
injury, wrongful death, and corporate liability.
She received her J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law, where
she was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. She was a finalist
in the ABA National Ethics Mock Trial Competition held in the United States
District Court, Eastern District of California. Additionally, in her leadership
roles with the Latino Law Students Association, Ms. D’Agostino coordinated
the organization’s annual Hoover Toy Drive for underprivileged elementary
school students in Los Angeles, for which she was recognized and received
a scholarship from the Mexican American Bar Foundation. Her undergraduate
degree is from the University of Southern California.
