Description
Ms. D’Agostino currently litigates matters in the state and federal courts involving general business and various insurance coverage matters, including construction defect, professional liability, contract law, employer liability, intellectual property, personal injury, and premise liability.
Ms. D’Agostino’s work experience includes Elder Abuse litigation, which focused on issues of personal injury, wrongful death, and corporate liability. She was formerly with the law firm of Wilkes & McHugh, P.A.
Ms. D’Agostino was born and raised in the South Bay. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law. During law school, Ms. D’Agostino served as an officer of the Latino Law Students Association and coordinated the organization’s annual toy drive that benefited nearly a thousand underprivileged students in Los Angeles.
