Daniel Sanchez

Description
Daniel F. Sanchez is an associate with Bolender & Associates whose practice focuses on insurance coverage and litigation. In addition, he has expertise in third-party general liability coverage, first-party property coverage, cargo liability insurance, insurance defense, complex products liability, real estate transactions, bad faith litigation, and appellate law. Mr. Sanchez also specializes in business litigation.

Prior to joining Bolender & Associates, Mr. Sanchez served as in-house counsel to Union Oil Company of California. Before that, he was a litigator with several prominent insurance coverage and defense firms, including Michelman & Robertson and Neumeyer & Boyd. Additionally, Mr. Sanchez was a member of the well-established boutique law firm Neumeyer & Boyd, where he assisted in business development, supervised and trained junior associates, and managed client trust account receipts and disbursements.

Mr. Sanchez received a J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law, where he was awarded a fellowship and the Ira C. Batman Scholarship. Mr. Sanchez earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Riverside, with a double major in political science and economics.
