Description
Mr. Sanchez concentrates his practice in insurance coverage and insurance coverage litigation, with additional experience in Third-Party General Liability Coverage, First-Party Property Coverage, Cargo Liability Insurance, Insurance Defense, Complex Products Liability, Real Estate Transactions, Bad Faith Litigation, and Appellate law.

Mr. Sanchez’s legal experience ranges from working as in-house counsel to a major oil company to outside coverage counsel and litigator. His expertise includes primary case file responsibilities for coverage opinions as well as monitoring retained litigation counsel for foreign-based insurers. In addition, he is well versed in independently evaluating cases and participating extensively in settlement and mediation efforts.

As a member of a well-established boutique law firm, Neumeyer & Boyd, Mr. Sanchez fully utilized his managerial skills while interfacing with foreign insurers and clients, assisting in business development, supervising and training junior associates and managing client trust account receipts and disbursements.

Mr. Sanchez was born in Toole, Utah, and while his father served in the U.S. Army, grew up in Japan, Kansas, Guatemala, Indiana and Southern California. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Riverside, with a double major in political science and economics. While earning his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law, he received a fellowship and the Ira C. Batman Scholarship. He joined Bolender & Associates in 2008.
