Description
Mr. Bolender litigates matters in state, federal, and appellate courts involving matters of insurance coverage; subrogation; trademark and copyright disputes; domain-name recovery; unfair competition; wrongful death; personal injury; products liability; defamation; internal corporate disputes; and maritime law. He also advises insurance company clients on coverage matters, prepares coverage opinions, and drafts reservation of rights letters.
Mr. Bolender’s experience includes complex business disputes, including prosecuting domain-name recovery actions, as well as defending trademark and copyright claims. He also acts as insurer-retained monitoring counsel in business litigation where insurer agrees to furnish a legal defense under reservation of rights. Mr. Bolender was formerly with Selman Breitman, LLP, Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bently, and Monroe & Shapiro.

Mr. Bolender was born in Covington, Kentucky in 1961. He received his undergraduate education at the California State University, Northridge and attended law school at the Southwestern University School of Law. Mr. Bolender began the law firm Bolender & Associates in 1999.
